Cooper City Business Advisory Board
Vania Bredy has an extensive background in Healthcare Administration and Health Information Management. She currently is the COO/co-owner of Bredy Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab, LLC and the President/co-owner of Bredy Physical Therapy Foundation, Inc. Additionally, she is the CEO of Symonette Concierge and Export Services, LLC. Vania continues to be an active member of both the AHIMA and FHIMA. As a well versed HIM professional, Vania has been able to master managing complex/large HIM departments. She successfully decreased pending reimbursement by analyzing departmental/facility workflows and offering solutions that boost staff morale and enhance the overall quantity/quality of work produced.
Her active involvement in community service has driven her to move towards creating a non-profit geared towards providing physical therapy services to the uninsured and patients who exhausted their insurance benefits prior to the end of the annual health insurance renewal. Vania remains active in the community by sitting on multiple boards that influence the growth and leadership of tomorrow’s leaders. She is the Board Chair for Girls on the Run Miami. She resides on the YMCA North Pointe Board of Directors. She is also the Recording Secretary for the Marching 100 Alumni National Board of Directors. Vania is currently working on her Doctor of Health Science degree at Nova Southeastern University. She also sits on the HIM Advisory Board and Florida A&M University.

The Cooper City Business Advisory Board acts as a liaison between the residents, neighborhood associations, local businesses and the City on issues related to doing business within Cooper City.
The board generally meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Cooper City Hall.
